This is a (non disabled) hunt. Veteran must be physically fit and capable of walking long distances on un even terrain.

Date: September, 20th -27th

Spots Available: 2 Veterans

Location: Topsfield, ME

Trip Length: 8 Days 

​

Details: You will depart from the Band of Heroes Outdoors headquarters located at 3029 Valley Road, Fishertown, PA 15539 and drive to Scarborough, ME and stay the night. The following morning we will depart from the hotel and continue onto Tomah Mountain Outfitters. Once we arrive in camp we will have dinner and then we will shoot your guns. All hunters are given a number and the number you receive will be the order in which you are the shooter.

Whats Included:
Meat processing of your harvest, $500 toward trophy mount, all outfitter fees are covered, hunting license, food, lodging, travel from the boho office.

Gear to bring:

  • Camo clothing (Depending upon weather)

  • Rain Gear (Depending upon weather)

  • Comfortable Boots

  • Rife/Shotgun

  • Ammo

  • Sleeping Bag

  • Pillow

  • Cooler

  • Towel/Wash Cloth

  • Toiletries 

  • Hunting Knife

  • Drivers License 

  • Maine Hunting License (We reimburse you for the cost of your hunting license)

  • Climbing Stand or Saddle (optional)

Your responsibilities:

  • Transportation to the Band of Heroes Outdoors Headquarters (3029 Valley Road, Fishertown, PA 15539)

  • If selected for this trip, upon arrival at BOHO headquarters, you must provide a proper valid ID and a copy of your DD214. If you will be meeting the BOHO members at the outfitters, proper valid ID and copy of DD214 must be provided at least 2 weeks prior to trip.

     

    If you're a Reserve/Guard member please provide valid ID and a copy of your DD256/NGB22.

Attendance Commitment:

If selected and you confirm attendance, you are expected to attend. We understand that life can be unpredictable; however, if unavoidable circumstances prevent you from joining us, you must notify Band of Heroes Outdoors immediately.

​

Please be aware that once tags, licenses, and travel arrangements are secured, these resources are allocated specifically to you and often cannot be recovered. Consequently, we cannot accommodate cancellations after these confirmations are finalized.

​

Policy: Any no-shows or cancellations will result in immediate ineligibility for all future events.
