Our Mission: To combat PTSD and veteran suicide through hunting, fishing and enjoying the therapeutic aspects of the outdoors. We believe the veteran suicide rate is unacceptable and it is time to help our heroes deal with their issues through the great outdoors.
HOW TO GET
PTSD Defined: Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a mental health condition that's triggered by a terrifying event — either experiencing it or witnessing it. Symptoms may include flashbacks, nightmares and severe anxiety, as well as uncontrollable thoughts about the event and can last for months or even years.
MORE LIKELY TO COMMIT SUICIDE THAN THOSE WHO HAVEN'T SERVED.
VETERANS HAVE COMMITTED SUICIDE SINCE THE YEAR 2001.
